Important tips: Keep the machine clean and clean, install the environment sanitary, smooth ventilation can effectively prolong the life of the machine, please strictly follow the following requirements for maintenance.
 
※ I. Maintenance and Maintenance
Each class:
Before maintenance, use air gun to clean passage and separation room, start-up preheating, system self-test spray valve;
 
Note - When cleaning the sorting chamber with an air gun, never blow the muzzle of the air gun in the direction of the nozzle to prevent the sediment from being blocked artificially by blowing into the nozzle pipe.
Inspect the working status of color sorter (including working instructions, alarm instructions) and the action of spray valve during operation.
Inspection air compressor, air pressure, and sound abnormalities; air compressor should be regularly drained not less than three times per shift (increase in summer appropriately);
After 10 minutes of shutdown, the software of color sorter should be shut down, then the power switch and air compressor switch should be shut down, and the water of air compressor should be discharged.
Clean up the sediment of nozzle plate, guide plate, passage and separation chamber with air gun.
Clean the vibrator, inside body, hopper and dust brush with air gun.
Monthly:
Check the filter element; clean the filter element quarterly and replace it once a year (regular cleaning or replacement of the filter element can effectively prolong the life of the nozzle, directly affecting the effect of your machine).
Check the cleanliness of the cleaning brush, and replace it if the cleaning effect is not achieved.
Half a year:
Fill air compressor oil once
※ 2. Dust Cleaning
Maintaining machine cleanliness is very important for maintaining environmental hygiene and machine efficiency. When the machine becomes dirty, the color sorting efficiency will gradually decrease. When dust is attached to the lens glass, it directly affects the color sorting effect. At the same time, the machine is prone to failure when it works in the dust state. When you clean the machine, you can check and find potential problems.
Important matters——
1. Do not use wool yarn or corrosive agent on any parts of the machine to prevent contamination of materials to be colored.
2. Pay special attention not to damage the special surface of the vibrator, channel, sorting room or touch screen.
Cleaning the sorting room glass
(1) Use a clean soft cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe the glass inside and outside the sorting room.
(2) The cleaning soft cloth clamp dipped in alcohol can be used between the cleaning brush and the glass, and then the cleaning procedure can be run to obtain better cleaning effect.
Clean up the passage
(1) When installing the color sorter, please do not remove the protective boards, so as not to damage the passage of welding slag and paint.
(2) Use clean soft cloth to wipe passage
(3) Do not use sharp objects to wipe or touch the passage, so as not to scratch the passage and cause jump.
Cleaning Cylinder Guide
(1) Use clean soft cloth to wipe cylinder guide.
(2) Clean up the dust on both sides of the cylinder slider with air gun after work.
Clean up the background panel
(1) Open the sorting chamber box and carefully wipe the background board with a clean soft cloth dipped in alcohol.
Replacement of Cleaning Brush
(1) Pull up the limit plate on both sides of the dust-cleaning brush, pinch the adjusting frame and rotate in the direction away from the glass, so that the dust-cleaning brush can be removed downward.
Replacement of filter element of air filter
(1) Unscrew the four screws on the upper side of the filter.
(2) Open the top cover of the filter, and then remove the filter element for cleaning or replacement. Please pay attention to the installation direction of the filter element.
